2. Not an Emergency Service

PsyReach is NOT an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, or have suicidal thoughts, please call your local emergency services or a suicide prevention hotline immediately.

3. Booking and Cancellation

When you book a session with a psychologist on our platform, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Modifications

PsyReach may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
